Are Vastralyn outfits ready to wear?
Many Vastralyn outfits are ready to wear or fully stitched. Please check the product description, size options, and size chart on each product page before placing your order.
What does Vastralyn sell?
Vastralyn offers Indian ethnic and festive wear for women and kids, including sarees, lehengas, gowns, kurtis, Anarkali suits, kids’ lehengas, kids’ gowns, frocks, Mom & Me outfits, maternity wear, and occasion wear.
How do I choose the right size?
Please refer to the size chart available on the product page before ordering. For some outfits, margin sizes may be available, which means minor fitting adjustments can be done locally if needed.
Are the product colors exactly the same as shown in photos?
We try to show product colors as accurately as possible. However, slight color differences may happen due to lighting, photography, screen brightness, or device display settings.
Where can I find fabric and work details?
Fabric, embroidery, work type, dupatta details, lining, flair, and other product details are mentioned in the product description. Please read the full product information before buying.
Do you have outfits for weddings and festivals?
Yes. Vastralyn offers outfits suitable for weddings, festivals, parties, family functions, pre-wedding events, and special occasions.
Do you offer kids’ ethnic wear?
Yes. Vastralyn offers kids’ lehengas, gowns, frocks, and festive outfits for different age groups. Please check the size options on each product page.
Orders & Payments
How do I place an order on Vastralyn?
Select your product, choose the size, color, and fabric option if available, add it to cart, and complete checkout with your shipping and payment details.
Can I change my order after placing it?
Order changes may be possible only before the order is processed or shipped. Please contact Vastralyn as soon as possible with your order ID.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Cancellation requests after 24 hours are subject to approval and may be refunded as a credit voucher, depending on order status.
How should I request cancellation?
Cancellation requests must be sent by email with your order ID. Phone or chat cancellation requests may not be accepted.
What payment methods are accepted?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Vastralyn supports secure checkout options, and payment availability may depend on your location and order type.
Is online payment safe?
Yes. Vastralyn uses secure checkout methods to help keep your payment information protected.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 24 to 48 hours after confirmation, unless the product is customized, made-to-order, delayed due to measurement issues, or under production.
How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery is usually 4 to 6 working days for metro and Tier 1 cities, and 8 to 11 working days for Tier 2, Tier 3, and rural areas.
How long do customized products take?
Customized or made-to-order products may take additional time. Estimated timelines may vary depending on production, measurements, and product availability.
What are the shipping charges?
Vastralyn offers free shipping on all orders across India. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
What should I do if my parcel looks damaged or tampered with?
If the parcel looks damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please refuse the delivery and contact Vastralyn immediately with your order details.
Is Cash on Delivery available?
At present, Cash on Delivery is not available. Customers can place orders using the available prepaid payment options shown at checkout.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
What is Vastralyn’s return policy?
Returns or refunds are available only for eligible cases such as damaged, faulty, or delivery-damaged products. The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Do I need an unboxing video for return or refund claims?
Yes. For damage or faulty product claims, a clear and continuous unboxing video is required. The video should show the parcel, packaging, shipping label, and damaged product clearly.
