Shipping Policy – Vastralyn

1.  Delivery Timeline
   Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
   Estimated delivery:
   Metros & Tier 1 cities: 4-6 working days.
   Tier 2 & 3 cities & rural areas: 8-11 working days.
2. Shipping Charges                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                    Vastralyn offers free shipping on all orders across India. There are no extra shipping charges at checkout.
   
3. Order Cancellation
   Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement.
   Cancellations after 24 hours are at Vastralyn’s discretion and may be refunded as a credit voucher.
   Cancellation requests must be sent via email only (No phone/chat cancellations).
4. Damaged or Tampered Parcels
   If the parcel is damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
5. Refunds & Returns
   Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
   Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged, except for manufacturing defects.
6. Order Delays
   Delays due to incorrect measurements or production issues may require additional time.
   Orders cannot be canceled once the production process has started.
