Who Pays for Shipping on Returns?
Pick-Up Service:
For serviceable locations, our logistics partner will pick up the return package within 2-5 business days of your request.

Self-Shipping Option:
If pick-up is unavailable in your area, you can send the package to us via a reliable courier service. Please ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and has all its tags intact.
We’ll reimburse your return courier charges once we receive the package.

How much time does it take to get my refund?
The refund will be initiated within 48 hours of approval from the returns team. It may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account.

Can I return some products from a bundle offer (Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF etc.) and still remain eligible for the offer?
No, if you decide to return only a portion of the products in a bundle offer, the bundle discount (e.g., Buy 2 and Get 1 Free, Buy 3 and Get 50% OFF) may no longer be valid.
