• Submit a detailed unboxing video clearly showing the damaged or faulty item.
• Report damage within 7 days of delivery via our Contact Page.
• Provide clear images or video evidence of:

          * Damaged item
          * Packaging
          * Shipping labels

Verification Process

• Our team will review the unboxing video/images to confirm delivery-related damage.
• Additional information may be requested if needed.
• Verification typically takes 1-2 business days.

Conditions for Refund or Return

Product must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In original condition
• Original tags, labels, and packaging must remain intact.
• Altered or modified products are ineligible.

Denial of Refund or Return

Refunds/returns may be denied if:

• Unboxing video/images are unclear, incomplete, or insufficient.
• Damage results from mishandling/misuse after delivery.
• Fraudulent claims or scams are suspected.

Refund or Return Process

• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days via original payment method upon approval.
• Returns: Return shipping label/instructions provided; ship back within 2-3 days of approval.

Exchanges

• Direct exchanges are not available.
• Return the damaged item and place a new order for the desired product.

Special Instructions

1. Tampered/Damaged on Arrival:

• Refuse the package if visibly tampered or in bad condition.

• Replacement provided at no extra cost.

      2. Damaged Upon Opening:

• Submit an unboxing video within 24 hours of receipt.
• Video must be continuous (unpaused, unedited).

• Returns not initiated without video.

      3. Post-Return:

• After receiving the damaged item, refunds (product cost only, excluding shipping) processed in 5-7 working days via original payment method.

Notes for Return & Exchange

1. Products must be unused and unwashed.
2. Requests beyond 24 hours of delivery are not accepted.
3. Minor alterations (e.g., tightening/loosening) can be done locally; major fitting issues accepted for return (courier charges borne by customer).
4. Returned items undergo quality checks before refund/exchange approval.
5. Ensure original tags and packaging are intact when returning.
